sipintar.ai Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the sipintar.ai platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
sipintar.ai provides three self-serve AI-powered tools: Si Pintar Chat, UMKM Content Generator, and Smart Document Summary, available on Free, Premium, and Business plans — as well as custom Services handled directly by our team according to your business needs (see Section 6).
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please report any unauthorized use to us immediately.
4. Usage Limits
The Free plan has a limit of 10 queries/day for Chat & Content Generator, and a soft limit of 100 pages/month for Document Summary. Misuse or excessive automation may result in access restrictions.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
The Premium (Rp49,000/month) and Business (Rp149,000/month) plans are billed on a recurring basis via Midtrans. A 43% discount applies to annual billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no long-term contract.
6. Custom Services
sipintar.ai also offers custom Services (AI Chatbot, Website & Landing Page, Security Audit & Fixes, Social Media Content Management, AI Business Process Automation, and AI Agent/Automated Assistant Setup) handled directly by our team. The scope of work, estimated timeline, payment terms, and revision policy for each Service are agreed separately during consultation, before work begins.
7. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you submit. We only process that content to generate the output you request.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." sipintar.ai is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI output without further verification.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification.
10. Eligibility & User Age
This Service is intended for users aged 17 and above, or who otherwise have legal capacity to act. Users below this age must use the Service with parental/guardian consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through deliberation (musyawarah), or if necessary, through the competent courts in Indonesia.

sipintar.ai Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 4, 2026
1. Data We Collect
We collect account data (name, email), usage data (query history, uploaded documents), and payment transaction data processed through Midtrans.
2. PDP Law Compliance
Processing of your personal data is subject to Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). All user data is stored on servers in Indonesia (IDCloudHost, Jakarta).
3. Use of Data
Data is used to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send automated invoices, and for account-related communication. Documents uploaded to Smart Document Summary are processed temporarily and are not used to train third-party models.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (e.g. Midtrans, AI model providers) only to the extent necessary to operate the Service.
5. History & Retention
Conversation and activity history is retained according to plan: 7 days (Free), 90 days (Premium), or unlimited (Business). You may request data deletion via the My Account page.
6. User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for data processing in accordance with the PDP Law.
7. Security
We implement encryption and access controls to protect your data, but no system is entirely risk-free.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification.
